Join us for courses in patient safety leadership and caregiver resilience that cover burnout, mindfulness, safety culture, and quality improvement. Learn a variety of evidence-based, practical tools that you and your team can use immediately. Taught by Duke Health well-being experts: Bryan Sexton and Carrie Adair.

Duke Well-Being Ambassador Virtual Course (10 weeks)
Well-being Essentials for Learning Life-Balance (WELL-B)

For only one hour a week for 10 weeks, healthcare workers can learn about the science and practice of well-being for themselves and others. Pandemic exhaustion is severe but treatable. Compared to anxiety and depression – burnout is relatively easy to treat using bite sized strategies. These strategies can enhance your well-being, and through sharing, the well-being of your co-workers.

Year 1, $350 for individuals
