Duke Well-Being Ambassador Virtual Course (10 weeks)
September 21 – November 23, 2021
Tuesdays at 12 p.m. EST
For only one hour a week for 10 weeks, healthcare workers can learn about the science and practice of well-being for themselves and others. Pandemic exhaustion is severe but treatable. Compared to anxiety and depression – burnout is relatively easy to treat using bite sized strategies. These strategies can enhance your well-being, and through sharing, the well-being of your co-workers. View the September schedule.
Next cohort begins January 11th at 3pm EST. View the January schedule.

“This course was exceptional. It expanded my knowledge related to emotional intelligence and resilience. It genuinely got me excited to bring some of these tools back to my hectic environment in the ED.
